Requirements and terms:
- 680+ credit scores will be considered
- Rent $1455/month 12 month lease

- We use Zillow for applications. An application fee of $29 will be required which includes a background and credit check. You can then use this service at an unlimited number of participating properties on Zillow for 30 days at no extra cost.
- All adults over the age of 18 must submit an application
- A combined income of at least three times the rent is required
- Tenant/s to pay all utilities and renters insurance
- Tenant/s responsible for all pest maintenance, lawn maintenance and the trimming of plants and trees
- Tenant/s responsible for replacing the A/C air filter
- No smokers
- No bankruptcy less than 10 years old
- No judgement less than 7 years old
- No evictions
- Pets allowed. $300 upfront pet fee and $30 per month
- Each extra pet is $10 per month
- Dogs must have liability insurance that covers the breed
- Fridge, Oven, Garbage Disposal and Dishwasher included
- Clothes Washer and Clothes Dryer can be arranged
